e-Forms is the forms
repository service provided by University
Technology Services that allows departments and staff to obtain access to Adobe
Acrobat forms that can be filled out online using your browser!
The forms in eForms are in Adobe Acrobat format. You can
download
the free reader right now! You'll need version 4.0 or higher of the
reader to be able to fill out forms online!
Special Information...
Please note that you can fill out and print these forms with either the
commercial Adobe Acrobat 4.0 or higher software or the free Adobe
Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher software. However, if you wish to
electronically save a copy of the form, you must have the commercial
Adobe Acrobat 4.0 software. The free Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 software
will not allow you to save forms data.
You can purchase the commercial Adobe Acrobat 4.0 software from the
University Technology Services Software Distribution Office at 777-4657 or from the
University Bookstore in the Russell House. The bookstore as well as
University Technology Services offers educational and volume pricing.
